Carrick Professionals: A new name for a trusted partner in credit union solutions

Raleigh, NC and Columbia, SC — Carrick Professionals is the new name and brand identity for what clients have long known as Professional League Resources (PLR). The refreshed brand launches June 3, bringing a new look, a new website, and the same trusted expertise that credit unions and other businesses have relied on for more than two decades.
A subsidiary of the Carolinas Credit Union League (CCUL), Carrick Professionals continues its mission to provide operational and professional solutions, including fractional accounting, audit, talent, shared branching, and more. While the look is new, the mission remains the same: helping credit unions and businesses stay competitive in an ever-changing marketplace.
“We are incredibly excited to introduce Carrick Professionals to the credit union community and our valued partners,” said Craig Beach, chief operating officer of Carrick Professionals. “This new brand embodies our commitment to helping credit unions grow and thrive, while staying true to the collaboration and excellence that has always defined our work.”
The name Carrick Professionals draws from the League’s own history. Inspired by the Carrick Bend knot in the League’s logomark, it symbolizes the strength of cooperation — central to Carrick’s mission to work together with credit unions and businesses in building stronger, more sustainable futures.
Developed in collaboration with Origo Branding, the Carrick identity reflects a strategic move by CCUL leadership to distinguish the League’s business services from its trade association and advocacy work. Carrick Professionals operates under its own seven-member board, elected by the CCUL Board of Directors.
What’s ahead:
- Brand rollout begins in late May across digital and network communications.
- Carrick’s new website, GoWithCarrick.com, launches June 3, 2025.
- Carrick will celebrate its debut with League members at the Carolinas Credit Union League Annual Meeting, June 8–10 in Asheville, NC.
