Carrick Professionals expands talent capabilities with new IT and accounting recruiting leader

As part of this growth, the firm is pleased to welcome Terrence Griffin, Ph.D., CISSP, who will lead Carrick’s IT and accounting recruiting services.
Terrence brings deep experience as a technology and information security executive within highly regulated industries. As CIO and IT leader for a payments organization, he translated business strategy into operational capability—leading security strategy, data classification initiatives, and IT program execution. His work included building teams and cloud architecture to support rapidly evolving technology requirements, while ensuring IT controls consistently exceeded expectations across NCUA, FDIC, PCI, NIST, and GLBA standards.
In addition to his technology leadership, Terrence offers a strong analytics foundation grounded in his Ph.D. in Business Analytics (2025). His work sits at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and regulated industries, emphasizing an analytics-first approach to risk reduction, control effectiveness, and executive decision support. He develops reporting frameworks that turn cyber, operational, and compliance signals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
