Carrick welcomes Mary Sikora as accounting solutions manager

Carrick is pleased to announce that Mary Sikora has joined the team as Accounting Solutions Manager, effective October 13, 2025. She will report to Rose Hudson, vice president of accounting solutions.
In her new role, Sikora will oversee key accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, general ledger reconciliations, and various internal accounting controls.
Sikora brings a strong background in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership. Before joining Carrick, she served as staff accountant at Stanley Martin Homes, where she managed monthly closes, reconciled accounts, prepared financial reports, and coordinated audits as the company’s primary accounting contact. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, General Business, and Psychology from Mississippi State University.
