Leslie Speas joins Carrick Talent Solutions to support manager training and culture initiatives

Carrick Talent Solutions is expanding its HR advisory and project capabilities to help organizations modernize people practices, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and build resilient, engaging workplace cultures. As part of this growth, the firm is pleased to welcome Leslie Speas, a seasoned human resources and organizational development leader, who will support manager training, culture and organizational development initiatives, and other strategic HR projects.

Leslie brings over 30 years of experience helping leaders and HR teams design workplaces where people can thrive and stay. She has partnered with organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, technology, financial services, and nonprofit sectors to elevate leadership capability, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Her work includes building practical manager training, strengthening culture and values alignment, and supporting HR teams with strategic programs and tools that drive measurable outcomes.

Leslie holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and senior-level HR designations, along with certifications in coaching, Working Genius, Enneagram, and talent management and succession planning. She is also the author of 7 Habits of High-Retention Managers, reflecting her focus on equipping managers with the skills and mindsets needed to foster high-performing, high-retention teams.

Deeply committed to advancing the HR profession, Leslie serves as a district director with the North Carolina Society for Human Resources Management, where she supports HR leaders across the state. Her addition strengthens Carrick’s ability to help organizations implement modern HR practices, build strong managers, and intentionally shape cultures that support growth, change, and performance.
