Jessica Hendrix

Jessica brings over 18 years of administrative support experience to her role as vice president of business solutions. Her primary mission at Carrick is to expand the footprint and growth opportunities of the organization while leading internal operations for the Carrick team’s success.

For Jessica, her role means being a part of the solution that helps credit unions remain competitive while ensuring that the internal needs of the staff are met. She is deeply committed to client success and values the people-centric nature of the credit union movement.

Beyond her professional commitments, Jessica is actively involved in various causes close to her heart. She mentors individuals with multiple sclerosis through the National MS Society’s CHAT MS program and volunteers at her daughter’s school. Her passion for multiple sclerosis extends to both local and national efforts, reflecting her dedication to making a difference in the lives of those affected by the condition. She is also a strong advocate for animal shelters.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys home decorating and the creative process of refinishing furniture through recycling. She believes in the power of optimism, cares deeply about understanding human nature, and excels as a strategic thinker, always seeking innovative solutions.
